What was the highlight of Thaisun Bangkok Hotel
Clean boutique hotel at good location
Brand new hotel. I do not see it as luxurious hotel as advertised but more to boutique hotel. Because it is new, it was very clean. Very good location because it very near to BTS station.
Many little things need to improve for bathroom. Eg no towel hangers, not toiletries holder at the shower area Actual size doesn't look like 30sqm. It is more likely about 25sqm. The blind which covers the bathroom wall glass is see through for outside the bathroom. This is very inconvenience for those appreciate more privacy. It is sharing facilities with Hopeland hotel which is a sister hotel next door. Not mentioned at all in the hotel website. Breakfast spread was kind of limited but since it was not very pricey so i was not complaining.

New hotel with potential but some improvements required
+super friendly staff, lots of smile and tries their best to help +reasonably close to bts station +new and clean hotel, so many facilities are not worn down +50% deal made it very valuable for money
- so many mosquitos in room! staff was kind enough to lend us those mosquito plugs but sadly didnt really work help...these mosquitos also carried a lot of blood:( this should be because the corridors have no ac) - not a single hook to hang up towel, also no holder in shower to place toiletries - only 2in1 shampoo/conditioner and no moisturiser (but thats personal preference) - breakfast spread was very limited and the temperature of the food was poor - tv channels are very limited for foreigners - curtain used as partition between bathroom and bed is not opaque so still fairly see-through, may be awkward if some cares for a bit more privacy - very subjective.
